Fry bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, until crisp.

Remove bacon from the pan to a paper towel lined plate.

Reserve the bacon grease in the pan and keep pan on low heat.

Let the bacon cool and the crumble, set aside.

Cook pasta according to package instructions for al dente.

While the pasta cooks, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, Parmesan, garlic, a pinch of salt and a lot of ground pepper.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it then put pasta into the skillet with the bacon grease.Toss the pasta with the bacon grease then add the egg mixture and bacon and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until the sauce begins to form.

Plate the pasta and top with more ground black pepper.
