Passover Cookies

   Beat eggs.

   Add sugar, oil and cake meal.

   Let stand awhile, then roll cookies.

   Place on cookie sheet.

   Can be made several ways, as you can add chocolate chips to some or all of the dough, or you can put indentation with finger and put jelly in center. You can add cinnamon to tops of some or all of the cookies.

   Or you can add a little orange juice to the batter and bake in narrow pans.

   Bake at 350u00b0 about 18 minutes.
