1-1/2 cups All purpose white flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Table salt
1/3 cup Cocoa powder
2 Very ripe bananas - approx 3/4 C.
2 Large egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 cup White sugar
3/4 cup Chocolate chips

Measure and sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder.

In a separate bowl smash bananas, mix in oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla.

Add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Mix until combined. Do not over mix!

Fold in chocolate chips.

Line a 12 serving muffin tin with paper liners.

Fill tins 3/4 full.

Bake 400 degrees, 15-18 minutes. Test with toothpick. When it comes out clean, remove from oven, cool on rack.
