2 lb. lean ground beef
3 Tbsp. salad oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1/8 c. dried parsley flakes
2 (30 oz.) cans Prego (with mushrooms and green peppers)
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Heat oil; cook meat brown with onions.

Stir in Prego sauce, parsley flakes and oregano and cook approximately 15 minutes. Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream.

Blend well. Layer spaghetti, sauce and cheese mixture in 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
