Ingredients: 8 oz. medium egg noodles; 3 qt. water; 1 tsp. salt; 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine; 1 c. chopped onion; 1 green pepper, chopped; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 c. sour cream; 1 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 1/4 tsp. pepper; 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken; 2 c. cubed, cooked ham; 1 c. ripe or pimento-stuffed olives, halved; 4 oz. diced pimentos; 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and halved; 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

8 oz. medium egg noodles
3 qt. water
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 c. cubed, cooked ham
1 c. ripe or pimento-stuffed olives, halved
4 oz. diced pimentos
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and halved

Add egg noodles and salt to rapidly boiling water, stirring occasionally until tender; drain.

Saute onion in butter or margarine until tender, stir in green pepper and cook 1 minute longer.

In large bowl blend mushroom soup, sour cream, salt and pepper, chicken, ham, olives, pimentos and artichoke hearts.

Mix gently, spoon into buttered 3-quart casserole.

Sprinkle with buttered crumbs.

Bake at 325u00b0 for 1 hour, serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
