Parmesan Zucchini "Speghetti"

   Julienne zucchini (don't remove skin) Salt and pepper to taste.

   In a fry pan, heat olive oil and butter.Saute garlic for 30 sec.

   Add seasoned julienned zucchini.

   Stir and cook on med/high for 3-5 min.

   Just until Al dente.

   Remove from heat and stir in parmesan.

   This is 2 servings but you can double it if needed.
