Parmesan Chicken With Mozzarella

   Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper and set aside. In a hot skillet, add some butter and saute garlic. Next melt remaining butter. Now roll each piece chicken in butter, then roll in mixture. Put in 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 350u00b0 for 55 minutes. Just at done, place 2 slices Mozzarella cheese on each chicken breast; put back in oven until it melts.
