Parmesan Chicken With Balsamic Butter Sauce

   Mix chicken with olive oil, cheese, oregano and garlic. Place it on a baking tray and season with salt and pepper. Bake about 45 min until the chicken is nicely browned on top.

   In a small saucepan mix chicken broth and balsamic vinegar and boil about 10 min. (there should be left about 1/3 cup). Take off the heat and add butter 1Tbs at a time whisking to a nice smooth consistency.
