Parmesan Cheese Cookies

   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Cream the butter, then add the Parmesan cheese and mix well. Add the flour and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Knead thoroughly.

   Place the dough on the table and stretch until it is 1-centimeter thick. Cut into any desired shape using tin molds.

   Place the cookies on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
