Ingredients: 1 tsp. shortening; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni; 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk; 1/2 c. milk; 2 eggs; 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese; 1 c. shredded medium cheddar cheese; 1/4 c. melted margarine; 1 tsp. salt; pepper to taste; 4 oz. cheddar cheese sliced; 8 tsp. paprika

Grease crockpot with 2 tbsp shortening.

Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.

Combine with evaporated milk, milk, eggs, shredded cheese, margarine, salt and pepper in large bowl.

Mix well.

Spoon into greased crockpot. Cover with cheese slices.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
