Papa Hoban's Sloppy Joes

   Heat oil in pan.

   Fry off beef and onions in a pan.

   Drain the beef and onions - return to stove.

   Crumble in stock cube, stir in to beef.

   Add tomato soup (remember condensed makes double!

   Now drip in Tabasco sauce one drip at a time.

   add until you think it is hot enough for you and your family.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Then add a teaspoon of flour to absorb any fat that may have still come out the beef.

    Finally scoop into the hamburger buns, and enjoy!

    NB: This recipe is really good if you add about 350g of pasta into the sauce and leave out the hamburger buns.
