Tip: For the yeast, prepare yeast one day before baking day.

Dissolve yeast in water. Place flour, sugar, and water with yeast in a bowl.

Stir well and cover with a cotton cloth.

Let stand overnight.

For the dough, lightly beat eggs and add all ingredients, except for those used for stuffing.

On a lightly floured work surface, use a rolling pin to stretch dough and roll out.
