Panda express orange chicken

   Cut chicken into bite sized pieces

   Mix eggs and sesame oil and salt in a bowl

   Mix flour and cornstarch in separate bowl

   Pour vegetable oil in skillet.

   Enough to be about 1/4 inch deep and heat.

   Dunk chicken pieces into egg mixture and then cornstarch mixture to batter.

   And place in frying pan.

   The pieces should get crispy looking and lightly golden stir and flip around until they look done.

   Then remove from oil and place on a paper towel covered plate

    Dump oil and clean pan or use a different pan and add panda express orange sauce to coat the chicken pieces all over and turn heat on low until all is warm enough to your liking.
