Pancake Mix Matcha Melon Bread

   Melt the unsalted butter in the microwave and combine with the beaten egg and milk.

   Combine the ingredients, and add the mixture from Step 1 a little at a time to create dough.

   Cover with a damp cloth and let sit for 15 minutes.

   Separate into 8 equal pieces, make into round shapes, and use the back of a knife to create a crisscross pattern.

   Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
