Season steaks, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon Spread over medium-high heat and cook steaks, turning once, 8 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove steaks to serving platter and keep warm.

In same skillet, melt remaining 1 tablespoon Spread and cook mushrooms over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes. Add garlic and pepper and cook 30 seconds. Stir in Knorr(R) Peppercorn sauce mix blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in cream and heat through. To serve, pour sauce over steaks and garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
