Combine your broth, ginger, soy sauce, Sriracha and the chili paste, lime, lime zest, vinegar, both the sugars and bring it to a boil

Cut your chicken into strips and coat with cornstarch

Once broth is on a boil add the chicken

The broth mix needs to be boiling so your chicken can cook fast just dunk your chicken in the broth and let it cook then... Add your tomatoes and your carrots or mushrooms... After the chicken is cooked add some of your green onion and some of your cilantro let it boil and just let it cook

Cook noodles while soup is cooking

Once soup has cooked for about 20 minutes get your noodles and pour soup over noodles top with green onions and cilantro and enjoy :)
