Oyster Dressing

   Crush crackers and place in mixing bowl. Add oysters and juice. Add melted butter and black pepper to taste. Add approximately 2 cans of chicken broth. Mixture should be consistency to pour easily (similar to cake batter). Add more broth or a little water if needed. Pour into greased 9-inch baking dish and bake at 425u00b0 approximately 25 minutes. Should be slightly brown on top. Let set for a few minutes before serving.
