1/4 c. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute bacon. Break into pieces and return to pan. Remove half of the bacon fat.

To the remaining fat, add the cubed ham and 1/4 cup butter.
