Oven Roasted Potatoes

   Wash potatoes and cut into quarters.

   Preheat oven to 400u00b0. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

   In a mixing bowl, combine 1/3 of potatoes with 1 to 2 tablespoons cooking oil, onion soup mix and spices, if desired.

   Spread in baking pan.

   Repeat with potatoes, oil, soup mix and spices until all potatoes are coated.

   Bake at 400u00b0 for approximately 1 hour. Serve with ketchup and/or sour cream, if desired.
