Oven Fried Steak

   Use enough cube steak for your family.

   Dip steak in flour, pepper and salt to taste.

   Then brown quickly in oil on both sides and place in baking dish.

   Add 1/4 cup water and steak sauce. Cover with foil.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 40 minutes.

   Turn off oven and let stand for 30 minutes.
