Oven "Fried" Potatoes

   Scrub potatoes.

   Pat dry with paper towels.

   Do not peel.

   Cut each potato in half lengthwise; cut each half into five wedges. Preheat oven to 400u00b0.

   Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

   Place potato wedges, cut side down, on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

   Bake 15 minutes; turn wedges.

   Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper.

   Bake 15 minutes longer or until wedges are golden and fork-tender.
