Oven-Fried Chicken(Microwave)

   Dip chicken pieces in milk and then shake in a bag with coating mix.

   Place breaded pieces, skin side up, in a 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish with thin end toward center and thicker end toward outside.

   Sprinkle with paprika.

   Cover with waxed paper.

   Cook in microwave 9 minutes on High.

   Rearrange chicken.

   Cook 8 to 9 minutes on High or until done.

   Remove from oven.

   Cover with foil. Let stand 5 minutes.
