Oven Fried Chicken

   Put the first 5 ingredients in plastic bag, set aside.

   Place Crisco and butter in a shallow pan (1-inch high).

   Place in 400u00b0 oven and melt butter.

   Wash chicken and remove all fat.

   Shake wet chicken in plastic bag.

   Place chicken skin side down in melted butter and turn right over.

   Cook 20 minutes, turn and cook 20 minutes more and turn again.

   Should be done in 60 minutes.
