1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
16 oz. can Italian stewed tomatoes
10 oz. can beef broth
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. water
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. cubed potatoes
4 medium carrots, sliced

Bake covered in 325u00b0 oven for 2 hours.

Brown meat and seasoning in oil.
