brown chicken in heated oil in large skillet

remove to paper towels to drain.

in small saucepan heat butter over medium high heat.

stir in remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered 45-60 minutes or until juices run clear.
