Oven BBQ Beef Brisket

   Mix soy sauce, consomme, garlic salt, and lemon juice and marinate Beef Brisket in it.

   Refrigerate for 24 hours.

   Next day: Pour off liquid, sprinkle meat very generously with paprika.

   Wrap in heavy aluminum foil and bake at 250 degrees for 4 to 5 hours or until tender.

   Cool completely, slice thinly across the grain.

   Prepare sauce: Mix together all ingredients for sauce and cook 10 minutes.

   Pour sauce over sliced meat and wrap back in foil.

   Bake at 300F (150C) for 1 hour.
