Oven Baked Rosemary Parsnip Fries,With A Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce.

   First off wash the parsnips really well, with soapy water, then run under cold water, to get the soap off. Cut the ends of the parsnips off, and peel them.

   Next make sure your working with a sharp knife, hold the parsnip, lengthwise and cut into pieces. like french fries. .

   spread out on olive oiled, baking sheet, and sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste, and rosemary. and 1 clove chopped garlic.

   place in 450 degree oven, for 40 minutes.then let cool, enjoy.

   Serve with spicy mayo dipping sauce..
