Oven Baked Fries(Serves 4)

   Slice potatoes lengthwise into strips.

   Cook, covered, in a microwave oven on High (100% power) for 5 minutes.

   Allow to stand for at least 3 minutes or until cool enough to handle.

   Arrange potato slices on baking sheet.

   Spray with cooking oil and sprinkle with salt.

   Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes at 375u00b0, until crisp and browned around edges.

   (Thicker slices require up to 30 minutes.)

   Serve hot.
