200 grams Ground pork or ground chicken
10 Shiso leaves
1 tsp Miso
2 tsp Mirin
1 tsp Sake
1 pinch of each Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Miso
2 tsp Sake
1 tsp Sugar

Prepping: Drain the excess water from the tofu.

Mix together the sauce ingredients - mayonnaise, miso, sake and sugar.

Finely shop the shiso leaves.

The meat-miso mix: Brown the ground meat and flavor with the meat-miso mix ingredients - miso, mirin, sake, salt and pepper.

Turn the heat off, and add the chopped shiso leaves.

Cut the tofu into pieces, and put into a gratin dish.

Put in the meat-miso mix, then the sauce, and bake in the oven until browned on top.
