Our Family's Genovese Sauce

   Grind the shredded basil, walnuts, pine nuts and garlic in a mortar until smooth.

   When smooth, add the rest of the ingredients, mix well and it's done!

   If you are using a food processor, just put everything in and mix it!

   You can use this sauce in a panko bread crumb and genovese sauce recipe.
