1 cup whole milk
2/3 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup butter soft
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon orange blossom water
1 egg for gilding plus 1 tablespoon of milk

On a lightly floured work surface , place the dough, degas it by pressing on it with your fist.

Divide it into 12 equal portions, make balls.

Place the balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Brown them with the brush with the remaining egg. Dilute it with a tablespoon of milk. Preheat the oven to 170u00b0C and let the buns rise while preheat your oven.
