Chop cabbage and onions.

Place into a large bowl and set aside.

Remove ramen noodles and set set aside seasoning packets.

Place ramen noodles into a zip lock bag and crush with rolling pin.

In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium high heat.

Add crushed ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds, frying until they are golden brown in color.

Remove from heat.

Add seasoning packets to the ramen noodles.

Stir well and set aside.

In a small bowl combine sugar, vinegar,oil and soy sauce.

Dressing does not incorporate well.

Add ramen mix to cabbage and top with dressing.
