OREO Truffles

   STIR together the PHILLY and OREO biscuits in a bowl to combine.

   Roll mixture into walnut sized balls, place on a paper lined tray and refrigerate until firm.

   MELT half the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.

   Remove from the heat, add the remaining chocolate and stir until smooth.

   DIP the balls into the chocolate and allow excess to run off.

   Place onto a lined tray to partially set before decorating.

   Return to the tray and refrigerate until firm.

   Store in and airtight container, refrigerated, until required.

   HANDY TIP: For a twist on the standard birthday cake.

    Skewer the truffles.

    Pipe a birthday greeting onto individual truffles.

    Once set, secure into oasis in a florists box.

    Decorate with additional ribbons, tissue paper etc.
