In a small bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and along the sides of the pie plate so that the crust is even. Bake crust for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.

Fold in flour just until combined. Pour the brownie batter over the top of the prepared pie crust and smooth the top. Bake for about 25 minutes or until a knife or toothpick comes out clean after poking it in the center. Do not overbake.
