Prepare sheet cake pan with Crisco and sprinkle with flour. Cut up orange slices finely (dredge in part of flour).

Dip out some of your measured flour into orange slices and cut and separate them with fingers.

Add mixed together the brown sugar, flour and salt, then orange slices and flour.

Next, add eggs one at a time.

Stir well and spread with spatula and floured fingers in prepared pan.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes (depends on oven) at 325u00b0. They will be light brown on top and dry to fingertips also.

Move to wire rack to cool.

While still warm, cut small bars and take out and roll in powdered sugar.
