Orange Rice Pudding With Honey

   In a casserole dish, combine milk, rice, honey, zest, and bake, uncovered, at 250 degrees F for 3 hours, or until the rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.

   After the second hour, add the orange juice and orange liqueur.

   Stir.

   Return to oven for final hour.

   When done, test for sweetness.

   Stir in a couple tablespoons of sugar if needed.

   Dust pudding with cinnamon and nutmeg.

   Serve warm or chilled.
