Orange Marmalade-Glazed Chicken with Almonds

   Preheat oven to 375F.

   In a small mixing bowl, combine the marmalade, soy sauce, honey, black pepper and minced ginger, and mix well.

   Place the chicken thighs in a shallow baking or casserole dish, skin side up.

   Coat each with the marmalade mixture and top with sliced almonds.

   Bake uncovered, occasionally basting the chicken, at 375F for approximately 25-28 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 180F.
