Orange-Honey Chicken

   Lightly grease a large stainless skillet and place over medium heat.

   Place chicken breasts in skillet and brown both sides.

   Pull chicken out of pan and add all the remaining ingredients.

   Heat through until orange juice is melted and sauce is heated through.

   Be sure to scrape all the browned pieces of chicken from the bottom of the pan.

   Replace chicken and cover.

   Reduce heat to simmer.

   Chicken should be done in about 10 or 15 minutes (don't over cook or it will be dry).
