Orange Grove Salad from the Plaza Hotel

   Peel the oranges and grapefruit.

   Reserve 4 half shells of the grapefruits.

   Use a sharp knife to section both fruits.

   Line the grapefruit half-shells with lettuce leaves and fill with alternating sections of grapefruit and orange.

   Sprinkle each salad with chopped nuts.

   Serve with Citrus Mayonnaise on the side.

   For Citrus Mayonnaise: stir ingredients together and chill until ready to use.

   You can put this in the freezer for 15 minutes to chill faster.
