Orange Glazed Sweet Potatoes

   Boil potatoes in jackets about 20 minutes or until almost tender.

   Cool, peel and cut in thick slices.

   Place in greased shallow baking dish.

   Combine sugars, cornstarch and salt in saucepan.

   Add orange concentrate and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

   Add butter when melted.

   Pour over potatoes.

   Bake in 375u00b0 oven 25 to 30 minutes.
