Orange Blossom Pops

   Sieve the ricotta with the milk and powdered sugar.

   Add the candied fruit and a few drops of orange blossom essence.

   In a previously frozen Popsicle mold, insert the sticks.

   Fill each mold with the mixture and leave to set for 10 to 12 minutes.

   Gently ease the pops from the molds with the sticks and garnish with candied fruit.
