Orange And Carrot Jelly

   Peel the oranges and carrots and place them in the blender.

   Mix together the lemon juice and the sugar, and add it to the blender

   Blend on high for approximately one minute.

   Add the water and blend for another 15 seconds on high.

   Pour the ingredients into a saucepan and cook for approximately five minutes, stirring frequently.

   Then stir in the agar agar (or gelatin powder) and cook for another five minutes, continuing to stir.

   Pour the mixture into jars or glass cups.

   Let cool and place in the refrigerator until it is time to serve.
