Ooey gooey butter cake :-)

   Preheat over to 350

   Cake layer first.

   Dump mix in bowl with melted butter and 1 egg.

   Mix well.

   Press mix flat in an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.

   All of my pans were lent out I had to use my cast iron :-(.

   Now for the gooey layer.

   Mix together cream cheese , 2 eggs ans powder sugar.

   After all the ingredients are mixed in add your vanilla extract.

    Now pour the gooey layer over the cake layer.

    Make sure its even.

    Bake for 45 mins at 350.

    Or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set like cheese cake.

    Let rest for at least one hour before cutting.
