   ~Start soup pan on high with a splash of oil

   ~The veggies can have a medium chop and are added in order of listing, stirring consistently

   ~The cucumber should be peeled and seeded

   ~Add desired amount of water, I do about a quart

   ~Simmer the veggies till the cucumber is translucent

   ~Add seasonings during the simmer, in order of listing

   ~The noodles should be added in the last 5 to 7mins of the process

   ~The eggs are scrambled and mixed into the simmer slowly making ribbons
