1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. onion soup
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
salt and pepper

Salt, pepper and flour chicken. Brown in oil.

Remove.

In butter, saute onion, pepper and celery. Add lemon juice and brown sugar.

Mix all ingredients with the onion soup.

Pour over chicken and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg and sugar.
