2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/4 cup onion, finely minced
1/4 Cup Celery, finely minced
2 Tbsp. Green Pepper, minced
2 Tbsp. Pimiento, minced

Combine first six ingredients in saucepan and cook thick. Stir in beaten egg and vinegar. Cool thoroughly. Fold in remaining ingredients. Freeze firm. Use with vegetables salads or tomatoes.
