2 egg yolks + 3 eggs
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. melted margarine
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. unsifted flour
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/3 c. water
confectioners sugar
chocolate glaze (optional)

Line 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan with foil. Grease foil.

In medium bowl, combine condensed milk, 2 egg yolks, coconut, nuts, margarine and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well.

Spread in pan. In large bowl, beat 3 eggs at high speed until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar, then beat 2 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients, except confectioners sugar. Beat 1 minute. Pour evenly over coconut mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350u00b0. Sprinkle with confectioner sugar.

Immediately turn onto towel. Peel off foil, begin at narrow end and roll up cake, jelly roll fashion. Place on serving plate, seam side down; cool. Sprinkle with additional confectioners sugar and drizzle with chocolate glaze.
