One Pan Meatball Stroganoff

   Prepare one recipe Mastering The Meatball (see link below), or thaw 24 prepared meatballs.

   Saute onion and mushrooms in butter; add flour and mix well.

   STIR in ketchup, consomme, rice, cream cheese and 24 cooked meatballs.

   Bring mixture to boil and let simmer until sauce is creamy and meatballs are hot.
