One More Recipe with Onion & Nameko Mushrooms

   Peel the onion and slice into thin wedges.

   Soak the wakame in water to reconstitute.

   Put the onion on a small plate and add about 1 teaspoon of cooking sake.

   Wrap and cook in a stove (600 W) for 4 minutes.

   This is the cooked onion, wakame and nameko mushrooms.

   Mix all 3 ingredients in a bowl, then plate and it's ready to eat.

   You can also top with roasted sesame seeds.
