Wash the rice and add to your rice cooker together with the tomato sauce.

Add water just above the 2 cup line and mix well.

Cook on regular setting.

Once the rice has cooked, mix in Parmesan cheese.

Cover with a lid and steam.

It's al dente immediately after cooking, so let it steam and settle a bit.

Mix the ingredients together with the egg completely mix together.

Warm a frying pan, add olive oil, butter, then immediately add the egg.

Do this all on high heat!

Mix in large strokes with a fork.

When it's half-cooked, place on top of melted cheese topped tomato rice and set aside to let thicken.

Pour tomato sauce over.
